2. Use of the Website
This website and its content are provided for informational purposes about Fluidcare Engineers and the products we supply. Product descriptions, technical data, dimensions and specifications are provided in good faith but may be updated by manufacturers without notice. We recommend confirming critical specifications directly with our technical team before placing an order.
3. Authorised Stockist Status
Fluidcare Engineers is an authorised stockist for the brands displayed on this website. References to manufacturer trademarks (CRANE, Saunders, KSB, Baumer, ARI Armaturen and others) remain the property of their respective owners. We supply genuine products from these manufacturers; we are not the manufacturer and any product warranty remains as defined by the original manufacturer.
4. Quotations, Orders and Pricing
All quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation document, typically 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice unless confirmed in a written quotation. Orders are accepted subject to product availability and confirmation of pricing. Taxes (GST), freight and other applicable charges are additional unless explicitly included in the quotation.
5. Payment Terms
Standard payment terms are advance payment or as agreed in writing for established customers. We accept payment by NEFT, RTGS, cheque or other agreed methods. Goods remain the property of Fluidcare Engineers until full payment is received.
6. Delivery
Delivery dates indicated in our quotations are estimates based on stock availability and typical lead times. While we make every effort to meet committed delivery schedules, we shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to manufacturer delays, transport disruptions, force majeure events or customs clearances.
7. Returns and Warranty
Products supplied carry the original manufacturer's warranty. Claims under warranty must be supported by proof of purchase and made within the warranty period specified by the manufacturer. Custom-engineered or made-to-order items are not eligible for return. Defects arising from misuse, incorrect installation, or service conditions outside the product's design parameters are not covered.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluidcare Engineers' total liability arising out of or in connection with any product or service supplied shall not exceed the invoice value of the product or service in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses including loss of production, loss of profit, or downtime costs.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics and design elements — is the property of Fluidcare Engineers or its content suppliers, except for manufacturer trademarks which belong to the respective brand owners. Reproduction or use without our prior written consent is prohibited.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from the use of this website or the supply of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
