Twenty-plus years of getting water out of buildings and keeping floors under load — from a single terrace in Coimbatore to plant-wide flooring contracts across South India.
Company Profile
Built on site, not in a showroom
Lakshmi Construction Chemicals started in 2002 in Coimbatore as a construction chemical supplier. What changed the business was a simple observation: the same premium products were failing on some sites and lasting a decade on others. The difference was never the drum — it was the survey, the surface preparation and the crew.
So we became applicators. Today we handle the whole chain: technical inspection, system specification, genuine material supply, application by our own trained teams, and a documented warranty with a scheduled follow-up.

Quotation
Itemised scope, measured area statement, system build-up and warranty terms.
Material Supply
Genuine branded material, with batch numbers recorded against your job.
Application
Our own trained crews — surface preparation, primer, body coat, top coat.
Final Inspection
Thickness and cure checks, ponding tests for wet areas, joint snag walk.

Technical & Survey
Diagnosis and specification
Civil-qualified engineers who carry out the free site inspection, take moisture readings, map cracks, identify the root cause and select the system. They write the observation note you receive before any price is discussed.
Site Supervisors
Sequencing and quality control
Each job runs under a named supervisor who sets out the work, checks surface preparation before priming, verifies coat thickness at each stage and holds the snag list until it is closed.
Applicator Crews
Waterproofing and resin flooring
Trained on the systems they apply, several with us more than ten years, and put through manufacturer product training with our brand partners. Grinding, blasting, priming, laying and finishing.
Stores & Logistics
Material and batch control
Receiving, batch recording and dispatch from our Jyothi Nagar stores. Every drum issued to a job has its batch number logged against that job for the life of the warranty.
Accounts & Administration
Billing and documentation
Quotations, measured area statements, billing, GST documentation and the warranty paperwork issued at handover.
Warranty & Follow-up
After handover
The scheduled post-handover inspection, maintenance guidance and the point of contact if anything needs revisiting inside the warranty period.

Terrace edges, confined tanks, solvent vapour and grinding dust are the four risks that dominate our trade. Each has a standing procedure, and site supervisors are accountable for it before the crew starts.
